Join our West Hove deskspace: £150 a month
We have 2 desks free in the leafy Garden Room, quiet but for birds chirruping in our back garden behind Portland Rd.
It’s a newly furbished office, 10 minutes from Hove train station. Ideal for start-ups, small businesses, and creative freelancers. All facilities supplied – just plug in your computer and off you go……
The desks are let on a renewable occupational licence basis. We need a month’s rent and a deposit from you when you sign the six-month licence. The £150 a month is all inclusive. Everything but your phone line.

Is it time you left the house?
Working from home’s not the cushy life it’s cracked up to be. At West Werks we have a soft spot for you lovely people who work from home. And that includes those people we’ve dubbed ‘corporate refugees’ – the commuters who spend a day or two a week working from home.
Here are three signs you’re overdue for a deskspace…
- the social highlight of your day is a trip to the newsagents
- your favourite workwear is your dressing gown
- you’ve become obsessed with David Dickinson from Bargain Hunt
If you answered yes to one or more of these questions, we suggest you give us a call now.
