Yoga during pregnancy is always the best. I mean being stressed and gaining a bunch of weight can get to a woman so yoga really helps with that.

Hey everyone, I’m very new to yoga and was just wondering how it affects for my physique besides making me more flexible? this site and http://www.yogafit.com/CTGY/mind-body-conferences.shtml has some good explanations then again i’d like to get some feedback from some of you guys. I’m trying to gain that sculpted appearance and a trainer suggested yoga… wtf? does this really make you ripped?
